Seeing Antisemitism Through Law: High Promises or Indeterminacies?

The DFG funded project “Seeing Antisemitism Through Law” aims to unpack how law confronts antisemitism in Europe and beyond. Led by Prof. Dr. Thilo Marauhn and Dr. Reut Paz, the research team embarks on a comparative analysis of law combatting antisemitism in four European countries and at the international level. In particular we aim to provide insights into the extent to which court rulings are (in-) adequate to address antisemitism in Germany, Poland, France and in the United Kingdom. In this context, we organize the Abraham Bar Menachem (ABM) talks on various aspects of our research.
