Freedom of Expression, the European Court of Human Rights and Holocaust Denial

The ninth ABM Talk took place on the 25h of November 2021. The ABM Talks are held monthly as part of the research project “Seeing Antisemitism Through Law: High Promises or Indeterminacies” (SATL). The project is affiliated with the law faculty of Justus-Liebig-University Gießen and funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). Professor Dr. Dr. hc. Dr. hc. Angelika Nußberger (University of Cologne) titled her talk “Freedom of Expression, the European Court of Human Rights and Holocaust Denial”. The lecture was commented on by Anna Pingen, postdoctoral researcher on the SATL-Project and editor of Eucrim (Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law).
